Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced software developer with a proven track record in designing, developing and implementing strategic solutions using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and related integrations.

Main Responsibilities
  • To contribute to various development tasks and collaborate with stakeholders for effective sparring and problem-solving.
  • To solve complex problems with attention to detail and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • To develop high-quality products using standard IT technologies and 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • To work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design to delivery.
  • To monitor and deliver day-to-day technical tasks on time.
Key Skills Required
  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance and security.
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining data integrations for accuracy and consistency.
