Lead Web Development Team

As a seasoned web development leader, you will spearhead our team's efforts to create innovative and effective online solutions. Your expertise in project management, technical leadership, and collaboration will be invaluable in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Ownership & Delivery:
    • Take ownership of end-to-end website and web app projects from kickoff to deployment, ensuring timely and bug-free delivery.
    • Translate briefs, UI/UX designs, and business goals into robust web solutions that meet client needs.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of web developers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and foster a strong tech culture that drives results.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Act as technical lead and client-facing point of contact for web-related projects, ensuring seamless communication and successful outcomes.
    • Translate client requirements into technical scope, timelines, and roadmaps that meet their needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, and branding teams to ensure design fidelity, responsiveness, and optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and user-friendly websites.
  • Code Quality & Infrastructure:
    • Set up and maintain scalable architecture, version control systems, staging environments, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
    • Ensure code quality, modularity, cleanliness, and documentation, adhering to industry best practices.
