Quality Assurance Specialist - Sales and CPQ

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead UAT testing for our Sales CPQ platform.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of QA/UAT experience with 3+ years in Sales and CPQ platform testing.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, develop and execute test cases for sales platforms, and validate CPQ setup and configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead UAT testing for Sales CPQ platform
  • Ensure seamless integration of APIs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Develop and execute test cases for sales platforms
  • Validate CPQ setup and configuration
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project timelines
  • Provide actionable insights to improve quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools
  • Agile, Scrum methodologies familiarity
  • API Integration testing skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
