Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Attend key project meetings, communicate and coordinate with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.
  • Design Development: Analyse architectural designs and plans, prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project under seniors' guidance.
  • Furniture and Finishing Design: Contribute to concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Interface Management: Coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Research and Coordination: Assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project's amenity and specifications.

  • Imagination and Creativity: Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
