Role Overview

You'll lead the design of our fan-facing experiences, taking ideas from concept to launch. Set high standards for visual quality and create systems that keep our products consistent and scalable.

This role is both hands-on and strategic. You'll design high-impact features yourself while guiding our visual approach and mentoring other designers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes — that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma (plus relevant prototyping tools) and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
