Role Summary

We are seeking a high-impact performance marketer to drive business growth and meet objectives through paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results, a strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking, as well as proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing paid campaigns on Meta to improve performance and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize paid campaigns on Meta to improve performance and meet business goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign execution, including creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and leverage Meta's targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right people.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
