Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, etc.).

B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Has handled significant performance marketing budgets.

Growth Opportunities:

  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
