Lead Senior Project Manager

About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead high-end interior design and fit-out projects in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans from concept to completion with clear definition of project scope, timelines, and deliverables for clients and design teams.
  • Drive the entire project lifecycle - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders ensuring effective communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Create detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and milestones; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Control budgets, approve procurements, and track subcontractor payments.
  • Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to specification; conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Evaluate and ensure snagging is completed efficiently and smoothly.
  • Maintain adherence to design specifications, industry regulations, and health & safety protocols across project sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience working with luxury interiors or international clients.
  • Familiarity with sustainable interior practices.
