Job Overview

Looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to spearhead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects within the banking sector.

We require a strong leader with 10-15 years of experience who can oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management and clients.

The role involves collaborating closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to architecture standards.

A key aspect of this role is driving adoption of DevOps practices and implementing continuous integration/deployment pipelines.

The Technical Project Manager must also identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Additionally, we are seeking someone who can take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and adapt to changing project requirements.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

We are looking for someone with Agile/Scrum experience and certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects within the banking sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly valued.
