Site Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience to fill a full-time on-site role. As a Site Architect, you will be responsible for architectural design on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional Design Skills: You will be expected to demonstrate excellent design and presentation skills.
  • Challenges Identification: You must be able to identify and address architectural challenges effectively.
  • Site Coordination: Good site coordination and proactive identification and resolution of site challenges are essential.
  • Working Drawings and Detailing: You should have expertise in creating working drawings and detailing.
  • Building Services: A good understanding of building services and coordination is required.
  • Design Software: Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, and other design software is necessary.
  • Document Preparation: You should be able to prepare architectural reports and documents.
  • Local Bylaws: Knowledge of local bylaws is mandatory.
Qualifications:
  • Architecture Skills: Architecture and architectural design skills are a must.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
  • Sustainable Design: Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required.
