Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth and revenue expansion through the sale of design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services by leveraging industry networks, partnerships, and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and tailored sales engagements.
  • Develop compelling sales materials, proposals, and RFP responses that meet the needs of enterprise clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and deliver customized UI/UX design solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure seamless handover post-sales.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by driving effective sales strategies and building strong client relationships.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling sales pitches and build strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
