Visual Communications Specialist

This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a Visual Communications Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with experience in developing creative visual solutions for various marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the visual identity of multiple brands and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of graphics, print materials, digital assets, and other visual elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ideas that align with our brand strategy.
  • Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Translate marketing objectives into effective visual executions that meet client expectations.
  • Review and refine visual work to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Present ideas and visuals to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency (not digital-only or event-focused).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation.
