Job Title:

A Senior UX Design Expert is required to lead our product design team.

  • Strong portfolio of impactful work demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of human-centred design/user experience design, ability to facilitate design sprints, workshops, user research
  • Collaboration and influencing skills across teams to drive product decisions
  • Clear articulation of design decisions based on insights and backed by data.
  • Strong visual communication skills - sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, building wireframes and working prototypes.
  • Passion for high-quality design execution and fit.
  • Sense of ownership in product outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in product design
  2. Experience in fintech industry a plus
  3. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, Zeplin
