UX Design Internship Opportunity

As a UX Design intern, you will be responsible for designing solutions that impact people's lives in diverse geographies and cultures.

  • Design Thinking: Participate in brainstorming and design thinking sprints to develop innovative solutions.
  • Research: Assist in field studies, usability testing, user interviews, and documentation of insights to gain a deeper understanding of users' needs.
  • UI + Visuals: Contribute to wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma to create visually appealing designs.
  • Prototyping: Support in creating low-to-mid fidelity prototypes and refine interactions and transitions to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Testing & Iteration: Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs to continuously improve them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and outreach team members to turn insights into features.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. A graduate degree in Design or any field with an industry-recognized certification in various areas of UX.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in UX Design, preferably with proficiency in design software like Figma.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (bonus if you know more regional languages).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in more Indian languages, other than Hindi
  2. Tinkering with AI tools for research and design
  3. Experience in working with communities and peoples
