Job Title: Creative Space Planner We are seeking a skilled Creative Space Planner to join our team. As a Creative Space Planner, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional space designs based on conversations with clients. You should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to assess client needs through regular communication. You must maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients. The ideal candidate will own the sales process and drive sales closure, own customer experience during a project, lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, and own an end-to-end project lifecycle. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation or relevant diploma required.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Creative Space Planner.
  • Led and delivered minimum 5-6 turnkey or full home residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PowerPoint presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board), technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics and functionality, module planning), and civil works and services (specifications and installation details).
  • Project expertise in creating bills of quantity for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
