About the Role

As a skilled Interior Designer, you will be responsible for crafting functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. This role requires expertise in space planning, architecture, construction drawings, and interior design. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Innovative Interior Spaces: Utilize your creativity to design interior spaces that meet client needs while incorporating the latest design trends.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Design Teams: Work closely with clients and design teams to ensure successful project execution and exceed client expectations.
  • Coordinate Multiple Projects: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Space Planning and Architecture Skills: Possess expert-level skills in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings.
  • Interior Design and FF&E Selection: Have experience in interior design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection.
  • Design Principles and Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes, as well as proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop effective communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization to ensure timely project completion.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, and have experience in the architecture or interior design industry.

Experience in the architecture or interior design industry is highly valued but not required.
