Key Responsibilities and Requirements for the Role of Interior Designer:

  • Must hold a relevant degree or possess 15 years of academic education.
  • A minimum experience of 6 months as an Interior Designer is required.
  • The candidate must have led and delivered at least 5 to 6 Residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD is essential.
  • Expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details) is highly valued.
  • Ability to create Bills of Quantities for customers, coordinate with internal & external agencies is a plus.
  • Sales expertise in closing deals through logical & trusted Sales pitches, driving and leading Design meetings with customers is desirable.

As an Interior Designer, you are expected to exhibit exceptional creative thinking skills and develop designs based on conversations with clients. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to understand their needs and adjust your approach accordingly. Maintaining familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends is crucial to providing the best solutions for clients.

  • Drive Deal Closure by effectively managing sales processes.
  • Own and manage Customer Experience throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Oversee the entire Project lifecycle from start to finish.
