Responsibilities:- Prepare conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that address and meet exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.
- Analyze user requirements while participating in research, conceptual, and development of designs.
- Present and express architectural interior design ideas and planning by free-hand sketches.
- Work in a team and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Prepare a complete set of construction drawings, documents, specifications for architectural interior design and maintaining the company's graphical standards for deliverables.
- Textures and material product selections.
- Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & window treatment product selections and specifications.
- Ergonomics.
- Architectural interior lighting.
- Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.
- Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
- Material sample boards.
Soft skills include enthusiasm, inventiveness, and imagination, as well as excellent communication skills and an excellent command of the English language.
