Job Description

As our Regional Manager for Complex Care, you will play a vital role in leading our team to deliver outstanding care and services to individuals with complex or intense needs within your geographical area.

  • Service Delivery: You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained through effective service delivery, auditing, and oversight.
  • Business Development: You will create meaningful partnerships in local communities, liaise with multi-disciplinary teams, and drive feedback to shape services and improve outcomes.
  • Transformation: You will champion change and innovation, driving the successful implementation and embedding of initiatives.
  • People Management: You will lead, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high performance and meet local objectives.
  • Quality and Compliance: You will ensure all policies, procedures, practices, and standards are embedded in service delivery, working closely with Quality colleagues to investigate concerns.

You will be responsible for driving area performance, optimising resource allocation within budgets, and ensuring financial decisions balance commercial and organisational objectives and KPIs.

Your salary will be between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £5,000 car allowance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as a Qualified Nurse or Social Worker.
  • Diploma in Positive Behaviour or Diploma in Practice Leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC and CI regulations, frameworks, and inspection processes.
  • Risk management skills, including protective and preventative strategies.
  • Quality assurance systems and processes understanding.
  • Leadership skills, including individual performance management and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Analytical abilities, including data and financial information assessment.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to sudden demands effectively.
