The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research and analysis, with a proven track record of success in identifying growth opportunities and developing effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies and deliver results-oriented solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities within the Water category.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Water category to achieve revenue growth, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities within the Water category.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the category and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of success in market research and analysis, with ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
