**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Category Manager who can lead 1-2 categories end-to-end, owning the lead to launch cycle for new products/brands under Private Brands. You will be responsible for creating a data-driven long-term product and category roadmap, identifying new product development opportunities, developing and bringing to market new products, and managing existing businesses that are growing exponentially.


**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Create a data-driven long-term product and category roadmap for 1-2 categories under Private Brands Program
  2. Identify new product development opportunities to launch products under existing and new brands
  3. Develop and bring to market new products
  4. Coordinate product development with vendors, cost negotiations, product packaging etc
  5. Manage an existing business which is growing exponentially
  6. Drive various input metrics to drive business growth
  7. Design and implement new processes to help scale our business


**Ideal Candidate**

  • Passionate about products and customer obsession
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel
  • 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
