Industrial Park Acquisitions Manager

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the evaluation, structuring and execution of industrial park acquisitions across India. The successful candidate will have expertise in financial modeling, feasibility studies and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading teams, evaluating complex financial models and driving results-oriented strategies. They will be responsible for building and analyzing detailed financial models, designing optimal tax and capital structures and preparing investment memos and approval notes.

  • Lead evaluation, structuring and execution of industrial park acquisitions
  • Build and analyze detailed financial models and feasibility studies
  • Design optimal tax and capital structures
  • Prepare investment memos and approval notes
  • Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets
  • Monitor asset performance and oversee key asset management functions
Requirements:
  • CA, CFA or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution
  • 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions or asset management
  • Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects and drive results aligned with organizational goals

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, investments and asset management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth and value creation through strategic investments and partnerships.
