About Performance Marketing Role

Our company seeks a skilled performance marketing specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts.

  • Job Description:
    We are looking for an experienced performance marketer to oversee the development and execution of e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon). As part of this role, you will ideate, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    This position requires 4+ years of experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+, proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising), and understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior. Additionally, expertise with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting, as well as familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp) is essential.
  • Benefits:
    The selected candidate will be responsible for managing 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients, developing audience targeting strategies within platform limitations, strategically managing client budgets, and aligning marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Others:
    Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets, build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients, and expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant.
