Job Opportunity: Lead Solution Architect

The role of the Lead Solution Architect is to create and oversee the implementation of solution architectures for systems and platforms. This involves ensuring that all relevant options are explored in terms of time, cost, and compliance with company standards, policies, and practices while meeting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and recommends solution design options based on requirements and company standards.
  • Creates detailed solution design documentation including input into company reference models.
  • Ensures compliance with governance and due diligence applicable to the solution.
  • Leads and mentors a team of architects to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborates with technical teams to design and configure Workfront instances for seamless functionality.
  • Leads technical discussions and produces documentation for Workfront configurations and integrations that enhance end-to-end integrations.
  • Aligns Workfront solutions with Business Operations strategy and Roadmaps.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve business operations teams' satisfaction and efficiency via Workfront technology solutions.
  • Closes out projects and ensures smooth transition to BAU.
  • Owns and maintains documentation repositories, ensuring they remain up-to-date.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
  • 5+ years of Workfront experience, including hands-on configuration and customization.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practice.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading IT teams of 6+ professionals (direct and/or indirect reports).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Lean principles.
  • Previous experience configuring or delivering Workfront is necessary.
