Job Summary
Crown Rubber Products, a leading Indian manufacturer of rubber products, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to lead and manage sales operations for moulded rubber products in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rubber products industry, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of molded rubber products and their industrial applications to effectively communicate with customers.
2. **Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by management for both domestic and export markets.
3. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
4. **Customer Retention**: Foster trust and loyalty among customers by providing excellent service and timely solutions to their needs.
5. **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Invoicing Responsibilities
1. **Invoice Preparation**: Prepare and issue accurate invoices for domestic and export orders in a timely manner.
2. **Data Management**: Maintain and update invoice records in the company's ERP or accounting system.
3. **Taxation and Compliance**: Apply applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) for domestic sales and ensure compliance with export tax regulations.
4. **Client Communication**: Address invoice-related queries from clients and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Shipment Coordination Responsibilities
1. **Order Management**: Coordinate with production and store teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch on schedule.
2. **Documentation**: Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations for export orders.
3. **Logistics Coordination**: Arrange transportation for domestic and export shipments in collaboration with logistics providers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales (experience in the rubber or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of domestic and international sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Salary and Benefits
