Expectations from you:
Roles and responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the bakery food ingredients segment (milk powder, cake icing, sugar).
Target and sell to B2 B clients, including bakeries, manufacturers, and distributors, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
Independently manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay informed on competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored ingredient solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote the bakery ingredients portfolio and expand the client base.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field
Food ingredients/ Bakery
3+ years of sales experience, specifically in FMCG and food ingredients.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the food ingredients market, including key players and market dynamics.
Experience managing sales teams and building client relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of the FMCG supply chain and distribution networks.
Experience in both B2 B sales environments.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business development.
