Senior Associate Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and patent services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing projects in diverse areas of technology and patent services, including understanding project requirements, ensuring high quality deliverables for clients, and dealing with various standards like WLAN (Wi-Fi 5/6/7, WFA) and 3GPP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to the growth and development of team members through training and upskilling initiatives.
  • Meet individual and project-level targets while ensuring timely delivery of reports and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Foster effective communication and participate in Learning and Development activities to support business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in infringement analysis/claim charting.
  • Experience working in the telecom sector is essential, with Wi-Fi expertise being an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in keywords such as 3GPP, 6G, 5G, 4G/LTE, WLAN, Wireless, Telecom, Wi-Fi, ETSI, IEEE, and IEEE 802.11.
  • A minimum of 20 claim charts must be completed.
