About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager to oversee our offshore team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Oversee the offshore team, ensuring they are meeting their job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore teams and onshore units.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess the performance of offshore team members, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that the offshore team is adequately staffed and that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring that contracts are adhered to and that the quality of work meets our standards.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on the performance and progress of the offshore team to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all offshore operations comply with our policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for offshore team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • SIEM & SOAR – Elastic or Splunk or Cribl, Torq – either of them (3 yrs).
  • AI & ML.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Education: Bachelor's in computer science, IT, or related field.
