Job Overview:

The role of Engineering Manager is a pivotal position that requires strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive the development and implementation of blockchain technology.

As the owner of product delivery, sprint optimization, and architecture development, you will be responsible for managing multiple products/tools and leading a team of 10+ members.

Key responsibilities include driving technical design remodeling and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability, as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to create technical vision and detailed roadmaps.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream, relevant and progressive 10+ years of experience with good projects in Blockchain products, and hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js.

Additionally, strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures is essential, along with preferred experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications on the cloud.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security, drive technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.

Process Development: Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.

Team Management: Manage multiple products/tools and lead a team of 10+ members.

Strategic Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.

Experience: Relevant and progressive 10+ years of experience with good projects in Blockchain products.

Skills: Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js, strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, preferred experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications on the cloud.

Tools: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker/Containerized application development.
