Our organization seeks a seasoned Inventory Management Expert to lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items. This includes configuring Oracle SCM applications (Inventory, PDM, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, Transportation Management), conducting functional analysis, application gap analysis, and preparing design documentation.

The successful consultant will provide expert data analysis using SQL queries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, they will research, recommend, and implement innovative SCM technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications.
  • Conduct functional analysis, application gap analysis.
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validate feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies.
  • Research, recommend, and implement innovative SCM technology solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of Inventory Management, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping & Transportation Management.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
