ITSM Tool Architect

We are seeking a skilled ITSM tool architect to lead the development of our service management platform. This is a key role within our organization, and we need someone who can design and implement solutions that meet our business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our ITSM platform using FreshService and other tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions
  • Configure and customize the system to support business processes and functionality
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other applications and platforms
  • Participate in ongoing production support and end-user support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in IT service management, including knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP integration, and CMDB
  • Experience with FreshService and other ITSM platforms
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
