Growth and Alliance Development Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
About the Role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals that meet client needs.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and retention.
- Manage the complete business development process from lead generation to closure.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to ensure continued growth and success.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused individual with the ability to think strategically.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and taking ownership of results.
