Inside Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with expertise in selling cybersecurity solutions to the US market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and experience engaging with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade decision-makers. The successful candidate will also have experience working independently or as part of a team-oriented environment.

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through social media, outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales engineers and technical teams to address customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience in the cybersecurity / IT industry, with a strong focus on the US market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint security, network security, cloud security, and compliance frameworks.
  • CRM proficiency and ability to work efficiently using CRM tools.
