We are seeking a skilled Voice Analyst to manage our Broker Price Opinion (BPO) process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish. Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
  • Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in International voice processes, preferably in the US market.
