Cloud Security Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Cloud Security Specialist. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing robust security frameworks and risk controls across Oracle Cloud platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • User Roles & Access Controls: Design and manage user roles, data security, and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • PaaS Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Risk Management: Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements. Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Advance Access Controls (AAC) and Financial reporting Compliance (FRC), Advance Access Request (AAR) modules.
  • Risk Assessments & Compliance Audits: Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.
  • Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS).
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policies.
  • IAM Concepts: Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Certifications: Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Compliance Standards: Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.
  • Automation & Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security.
