We are seeking a seasoned security leader to drive our Application and Cloud Security initiatives. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will design secure architectures, manage change effectively, and integrate security controls across banking applications and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments for web and mobile applications, including Blackbox, Greybox, and Whitebox testing.
  • Evaluate and approve security aspects of new application onboarding within the bank, ensuring compliance with OWASP Top 10 and other frameworks.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to embed security controls early in the design phase, identifying vulnerabilities and suggesting mitigation strategies.
  • Actively participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews, providing detailed risk analysis and security recommendations for proposed changes and integrations.
  • Review cloud configurations and architecture for basic security hygiene and compliance, providing guidance on secure usage of cloud-native services.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in Application and Cloud Security, with team management exposure.
  • Strong understanding of secure architecture design, change management processes, and vulnerability management tools like Qualys.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and basic cloud security principles, along with proficiency in scripting for automation and tool integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialist or equivalent preferred.
