
Critical Incident Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage critical incidents and ensure minimal disruption to our customers' business operations.
Main Responsibilities
- IDentify and classify major incidents based on impact and urgency, ensuring accurate and timely logging of tasks with internal and external support teams.
- Act as the central point of contact during major incidents, coordinating between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and providing timely updates to leadership and affected users.
- Drive the resolution process by mobilizing appropriate resources, escalating issues as needed to ensure swift resolution, monitoring progress, and removing roadblocks.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with onsite contacts for connectivity checks.
Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of network technologies including ILL, VPN, transmission, and SDWAN.
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, ability to tailor messages for technical teams, executives, and customers, and lead cross-functional teams during critical incidents. They should also be able to inspire confidence and guide teams toward resolution, stay calm under pressure, show empathy and understanding toward stressed stakeholders, quickly assess situations, and identify root causes.
