Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage complex incidents, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and timely resolutions.
- Promote process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize incident management workflows.
- Foster collaboration across functions to drive effective resolution strategies.
- Analyze post-incident reviews to inform enhancements to our incident response strategies.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to contribute to the development of strategic incident response plans.
