We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our corporate development strategy through end-to-end execution of strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning & Target Identification
  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies and prioritize opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic targets
Transaction Execution
  • Perform thorough valuations and prepare investment memorandums and board presentations
  • Lead due diligence efforts with internal teams and external advisors
Deal Structuring & Negotiations
  • Structure deals that align with legal and tax requirements
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure
Post-Transaction Integration (PTI)
  • Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders
  • Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance
Internal & External Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate across functions for deal alignment
  • Manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners
Requirements:
  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
  • 10–15 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or investment banking
  • Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end transaction lifecycle
