Branch Operations Director

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality services, coordinating functions, implementing efficient systems, and handling crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain customer satisfaction and implement effective service recovery strategies
- Coordinate all functions and services at the location to optimize performance
- Develop and implement operational efficiency strategies to drive business growth
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government bodies to maintain relationships and ensure compliance
- Administer fleet maintenance as per company standards
- Ensure proper fleet allocation to clients to meet their needs
- Maintain an optimal chauffeur-to-fleet ratio for efficient resource utilization
- Grow business through existing client relationships and acquire new clients to expand the customer base
- Analyze market trends and performance data to inform business decisions
- Achieve set targets and handle major complaints effectively
- Create a comprehensive annual budget for the branch
- Monitor fund flow and practice expense control measures to optimize profitability
- Ensure statutory compliance with financial regulations
- Oversee branch administration for maximum efficiency
- Maintain a motivated and competent team through training and development initiatives
- Implement and monitor statutory compliance measures to minimize risk
