Job Title: Branch Operations & Compliance Manager Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Experience Required: 2–5 years About the Role We are looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to manage compliance, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across all branches of Choice Group.

This role combines operational oversight with compliance management, offering significant exposure to multi-branch administration and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Compliance Oversight Ensure timely and accurate completion of all statutory documentation, including Rent Agreements, Shop & Establishment Certificates, GST and Professional Tax registrations.

Monitor compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements across branches.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits by preparing records, responding to queries, and implementing recommendations.

Branch Administration & Coordination Act as the central point of contact for Branch Heads regarding renewal and execution of agreements and regulatory filings.

Facilitate branch openings and closures, overseeing processes like negotiations on rent and security deposits, furnishing requirements, and asset transfers or recoveries.

Coordinate dispatches, branch material requirements, and resolution of administrative issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage installation and upkeep of branding materials and notice boards across branch locations.

Documentation & Records Management Maintain organized records of all branch-related legal and operational documents.

Track renewal dates and compliance deadlines, ensuring zero lapses.

Oversee filing, storage, retrieval, and digitalization of documents for easy access and reference.

Reporting & MISPrepare and update comprehensive MIS reports reflecting documentation status, compliance health, and audit findings.

Present compliance trends and potential risk areas to senior management. Education: Professional / Graduate degree required; preference for Commerce or Law background.

Experience:2–5 years in compliance, administration, branch operations, or related roles; experience with multi-location companies is an advantage.

Skills: Good understanding of compliance requirements (labor laws, regulatory filings, agreements, etc.)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
