Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Business Manager-Team Handling to lead a branch, drive business development, and manage daily operations. You will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key relationships with dealers and customers. This role requires a professional with strong team management skills who can recruit, train, and motivate staff while ensuring excellent customer service and financial compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key dealer and customer relationships, and lead sales teams to drive performance.
- Operations & Financial Management: Oversee daily branch operations, manage budgets, and monitor expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a customer-centric approach within the branch. Maintain and nurture customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train new team members. Manage and motivate branch staff and conduct performance appraisals.

Skills Required:

- Proven experience in a sales and business development role.
- Strong leadership and team handling capabilities.
- Expertise in managing branch operations and financial performance.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
