Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strict adherence to processes, audit and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the branch's operations, including cash handling, customer complaints, and AML/KYC compliance.
  • Lead a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
