Job Opportunity:

Field Technician Leader

We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to strengthen our service network. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
