We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer to contribute to the development of innovative equipment that advance processing technologies. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing novel food equipment from prototyping to production scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative equipment that advances processing technologies.
  • Participate in product optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop material characterization equipment and quality control tools to support product development.
  • Perform engineering calculations and CAD designs to ensure structural integrity and performance.
  • Support scaling up bench-top equipment to production scale.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Development and Machine Design.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA analysis tools.
  • Proficient in GD&T and understanding of manufacturing machines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Python and/or C++ is a plus.
