Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. In this freelance remote role, you will be responsible for analyzing needs, developing instructional designs, creating curriculum, managing learning programs, and contributing to training and development initiatives.

  • Create engaging course content that meets the needs of adult learners
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive learning materials
  • Evaluate learning outcomes to ensure effectiveness and engagement

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a proven track record in Instructional Design and eLearning development, experience in Training & Development and Learning Management, and expertise in Curriculum Development.

  • Develop a deep understanding of adult learning theories and their application in instructional design
  • Create interactive instructional storyboards and scripts that captivate audiences
  • Utilize Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools to enhance learning experiences
