Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in Thane (Mumbai Metropolitan Region). The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, creating instructional design plans, developing storyboard, managing learning management systems, and creating and implementing curricula. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure development and delivery of eLearning modules.
Qualification & Experience
- We value Instructional Design skills more than any qualification. We invite candidates from any stream of education with passion for ID.
- Skills in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design in the corporate learning environment preferably in the BFSI sector
- Experience in Training & Development; Proficiency in Learning Management; Curriculum Development skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Experience with e-learning tools especially Articulate Storyline and use of AI technologies is mandatory
- Experience in building business simulation and gamification will be preferred
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should be in the age group of years of work experience with minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate e-learning.
Should have experience in working with Articulate Storyline 360 and other such tools.
Should be staying to closer to Thane suburb for ease of mobility. .
Selection Process
The candidate will go through personal interview with the founders followed by project assessment. Please apply only if you are open to go through the assessment. The candidates should note that there will be background check before offering the letter of appointment. If you have salary more than Rs.10 lac LPA please do not apply.
