We are seeking an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and drive creative processes. This role requires hands-on work in campaign design, presentation preparation, UI/UX for landing pages, and email/greeting designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current design trends and industry standards. A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in graphic design.

The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring the design team to achieve their full potential.
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve the team's skills and performance.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
  • Driving the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for social media, print materials, and other marketing channels, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaign strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have a portfolio that showcases your diverse design projects and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
