Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality design and drawing portfolios on time.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and resources.
  • Grow professionally and facilitate the growth of the reporting team.
  • Provide timely and complete design solutions to clients.

Role Description:

  • Take ownership of quality design portfolios for entrusted projects.
  • Create award-winning designs by responding to project demands.
  • Develop comprehensive design portfolios backed by accurate documentation.
  • Make internal presentations of final signed-off concepts to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sub-consultants and design support services to deliver fully coordinated designs.
  • Take responsibility for Edifice's scope related to preparation of Statutory submission drawings.
  • Ensure efficient project delivery in line with planned resourcing and timelines.
  • Grow professionally and facilitate the growth of the reporting team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor & Masters in Interior Design.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of expertise in doing Architectural projects (Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare) with proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience in entire project lifecycle from concept to execution.
