Job Title: Project Manager

Lead UX Projects with Strategic Impact

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of user experience design projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will manage the design and execution of UX-focused initiatives for diverse clients, ensuring each project meets user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scope and Planning Define project scopes, deliverables, schedules and resource needs in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Collaboration Coordinate between UX designers, UI designers, developers and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Translate Business Goals into Actionable Plans Translate business and user goals into actionable project plans and workflows.
  • Optimize Project Outcomes Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks and quality, adjusting plans as needed for optimal delivery.

Communication and Documentation

  • Create Clear Project Documentation Create and maintain clear project documentation, timelines and progress updates.
  • Presentation and Reporting Present plans, updates and outcomes to both internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • 2–6 Years' Experience 2–6 years' experience managing digital or UX-focused projects.
  • Demonstrated Success Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams on UX or digital projects.
